After 40 years in the restaurant industry, I came to Messer from Tennessee. I raised my family there, and very proud of my 3 sons. I bring many years of people management with me. I have held several positions throughout my career, however the best part of what I have done my entire life is help people attain their goals in life. I have watched young people grow into leaders and even owners of their own business. Hard work and dedication go a long way, but as my very first boss taught me, always give and you will gain.
